General Terms and Conditions

Due to daily and seasonal variations in florists’ inventory, the type and color of flowers may differ from the product image. Substitute flowers will be chosen to match the arrangement and resemble the image as closely as possible.

All products listed on the website are delivered based on their specific terms and conditions, which are written below each product. Delivery time and availability for each city are also stated in the product description. If a product is mistakenly ordered for an unavailable city, it will be replaced with a similar product in that city without prior notice to the sender.

The message card included with the order may be handwritten or printed depending on the destination.

Products offered under third-party brand names (such as restaurants) are the responsibility of those companies in terms of service and quality. TT Gift does not assume liability for the performance or quality of branded items. If the service or quality is found to be unsatisfactory, those brands will be removed from TT Gift.

For orders including cash gift cards, gold coins, or jewelry, TT Gift is required by banking regulations to verify the identity of the payer.

Photo of the Ordered Product After Preparation

At TT Gift, we strive to take a photo of your ordered product—such as flowers or gifts—after it is prepared and before it is dispatched for delivery.

For ceremonial flower stands (e.g., wreaths), we also try to take a photo after delivery at the event location, when possible.

However, due to varying circumstances, it may not always be possible to take a photo (either before delivery or after delivery of wreaths). Therefore, TT Gift does not make any guarantees or commitments regarding the delivery photo, and no responsibility is assumed in this regard.

Delivery Method

Flower and Cake Delivery Across Iran

Delivery depends on the product type and the destination city. Flowers and cakes are prepared and delivered locally via company vehicles or courier services. These types of deliveries are usually available every day of the week.

Gift Delivery in Tehran and Karaj

All types of gifts in Tehran and Karaj are delivered similarly to flowers and cakes, via company vehicles or couriers, directly to your specified address.

Gift Delivery in Other Cities

Gift items (excluding flowers and cakes) are delivered via Iran Post in cities outside Tehran and Karaj. Your order will be sent from Tehran by TT Gift using express postal services. Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days. The postman will attempt delivery at the recipient’s home up to three times at different hours.

Please note: our postal delivery service does not cover remote or rural areas. In such cases, the item will be sent to the nearest postal office, and the recipient will be contacted for pickup.

Combined Orders of Flowers and Gifts by Post in Non-Tehran Cities

If your order includes flowers and a gift for delivery in cities other than Tehran and Karaj, delivery will be done using one of two methods. Please specify your preferred method in the "notes" section of your order.

1- Flowers and/or cake will be arranged and delivered locally, while the gift will be sent separately from Tehran via post. In this case, flowers and gifts are delivered separately.

2- The gift will be sent from Tehran to the local florist so it can be delivered together with the flowers or cake. This requires that the delivery date allows enough time for coordination.

Delivery Process

We do our best to ensure timely and proper delivery. On the scheduled date, we contact the recipient to coordinate delivery. We try to keep the element of surprise during the call. In some cases, we may deliver without calling or if the recipient does not answer. If the recipient is not available, the item may be handed over to a security guard or a trusted neighbor. If the provided phone number is incorrect or the address is wrong, we will contact you for the correct information. In such cases, an additional delivery fee may apply, and TT Gift is not responsible for reduced quality due to delays.

Delivery Time

Your order will be prepared at the start of our business hours and sent as early as possible based on the recipient’s location. Delivery time depends on the product type and the recipient's availability. Some items, such as freshly baked cakes, require additional preparation time.

Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM on your selected delivery date. You can choose your delivery date during checkout. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, even if specified in the order notes. Timing may vary depending on the delivery location (residential, office, hospital, etc.).

For formal events such as weddings or memorial services, orders will be delivered at the requested time.

Earliest Delivery Time

Each product has a specified delivery time listed in its description. Flowers and cakes can usually be delivered the same day if ordered before 4 PM Tehran time. Other gifts may be available for same-day delivery in Tehran and Karaj. Some items require up to three days depending on the product details. For other cities, delivery takes 1 to 3 business days due to postal service.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs range from $9 to $12 USD per order. You can view the exact cost during checkout.

Payment Methods

Payment methods include PayPal, Iranian Shetab cards, and direct bank transfers.

For bank transfers, please contact us. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways like PayPal. We do not have access to or store your card information. (For PayPal payments, due to restrictions in tracking codes for Iran, customer confirmation is required before processing the order.)

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment. Once initiated, it may take 2 to 14 banking days for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns and Exchanges

Only products explicitly marked as returnable can be returned. You must contact us within one week of delivery to request a return. Items must be shipped to the address provided by us. Return shipping and liability are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued after we confirm receipt and condition of the returned item, minus the original shipping cost.

Complaints

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with any part of your TT Gift experience, please submit a complaint form. We will review and respond promptly.

If we receive a payment dispute (e.g., chargeback) from the bank indicating the transaction was unauthorized, the recipient must return the item or pay its full value. Legal action will follow as necessary.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled up to one business day before the delivery date, provided no preparation has started.

If less than one business day remains and no work has begun, the full amount will be credited to your TT Gift account for future use. If you prefer a refund, the amount will be returned minus the shipping cost or its equivalent.

For same-day deliveries, cancellation is only possible within one hour of placing the order, if no preparation has started.

Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 2 to 6 business days to appear in your account. For Visa or MasterCard payments, a 3–5% bank processing fee will be deducted (charged by the bank).
